This is a pretty simple outfit, but there are lots of fun little tidbits that make it special, at least for me. :P So, I wanted to mix feminine colors and patterns with edgy fabrics and prints. This is where the leather jacket and chunky leather boots come in. I definitely get the look I was going for with the jacket zipped.
With the jacket unzipped, you get a hint of pale pink, but upon closer inspection, you find that there's a message on my t-shirt that doesn't quite match the sweet background color. ;) The same goes for the bright turquoise socks. The color may be considered sweet, but there are little details in the prints that suggest otherwise. ;P Those socks were gifted to me by Sock It To Me and I think they're pretty rad.
So, yeah. There you have it. Just something fun, quirky and a little edgy for an evening of art gallery exhibitions. It was the annual Gallery Night and I wanted to experience it one last time before I leave the city for good. :P I dressed up quickly and got these shots super fast, before jumping on my bike and heading to the first art exhibition. I couldn't help feeling like a work of art, myself. Haha. The outfit got a lot of attention. Oh and speaking of attention, can I just point out a very subtle creeper situation?
I mean. We can totally see you hiding behind that pillar, but OK. Haha. Creepers be creepin', y'all.
