I guess you could call this my 'staycation' outfit. Haha. I'm super lame in that I haven't really been able to leave the confines of my city, thus far. I probably won't be taking off to any exotic locations for the summer, either. My partner has already left the state twice for various stuff and things. He sucks. Haha. Anyway, since I can't go on a vacation, maybe I can just bring the friggin' vacation to me? Yeah? >;D
What better way to do that than to wear bright colors and florals? Hehe. I would consider this outfit a bit of an upgrade to the traditional palm tree shirt and shorts getup that you normally see on a tropical beach. :P The floral "top" is a romper, actually. Yep! It's scandalously short on me, so I've taken to wearing things over it. Here, I opted for a pair of high waisted coral shorts. I framed the outfit with soft brown hues (I tried to avoid wearing black at all costs). Then, I added the mint bag for a punch of color.
