Taking a break from the edgy outfits. I'll get back on that, next week. Hehe. :D I got invited to a BBQ over the weekend, so I put together something that I considered to be BBQ appropriate. In hindsight, maybe I should have avoided wearing white, but you know, I was feeling really confident in my ability to refrain from sitting on dirty surfaces and/or dropping food on myself. I managed to avoid both, too! :P
Anyone who knows me knows that this is a huge accomplishment. This is especially the case when it comes to food. I will almost always get food on myself when I eat. >_< Crumbs are typical and to be wholly expected. However, I've also been known to have food on my fork, bring it up to my pie hole and then have the food fall off said fork. With luck, it lands back in my plate, but more often than not it ends up somewhere near the plate or somewhere on me. Hahaha. This is why I am so nervous when I eat around other people. I always try to be super careful when I'm in public, but I'm not always successful.
I asked my partner if there was such a thing as an adult bib. Haha. If so, I should probably never leave home without one. ;) At any rate, I enjoyed the BBQ. It was a very nice, long weekend, overall. <3 I'm looking forward to what the coming weekend brings. I hope that beer is involved. Hehe. Cheers, guys!
