Crying is not going to get you a controller. Are you going to cry when someone beats your high score in Centipede, tonight? Huh? The moment you shed a tear, it's game over, bro. Hm? Oh, hello! :D How much of that did you hear? You know what, never mind. Hey, man! Check out my scary, geeky outfit. :3 I don't know what it is about me, but somehow I'm able to fuse nerdiness and fear without much effort. Usually, I don't even notice when I do it. Haha. I'm just weird, I guess.
For whatever reason, I thought it'd be a good idea to wear a retro gaming tee and retro gaming socks, but sex it up with tights and over the knee socks and then supplant sexiness with fear via a ninja scarf wrap (my face was cold!) and steampunk sunglasses. I mentioned that I was weird, right? o_O
Now, I know what you're going to say: "Really, dude? All black? Cop out much?" And..I mean..Yeah. You got me. Hehe. I can't be colorful all the time, though! I try, but it's hard. Geez. >_< To make up for the overabundance of dark hues, I played around with shapes and lengths. I turned the black pleated high low skirt to the side (also, why haven't I ever done this, before!?!?), so it created some varying lengths at all angles. Then, I layered my socks using alternating heights to bring a little more playfulness to the outfit and increase visual appeal. I did what I could to make all-black interesting. :P
I was really happy to see the gaming socks in my sponsor package from Sock It To Me, because I'm a huuuuge gaming nerd. To re-iterate, I didn't get to choose what I received. So, I had little idea of what to expect. That being said, I'm happy with everything I got and I'm excited to show you the rest! ^_^
This outfit is totally the kind of thing that I wear to play games. In fact, I went to the arcade in this. :D It was my day and night outfit. I've been to that arcade a few times and I've never seen any girls in there. Only dudes. What's up with that? I know there are female gamers out there. Granted, they don't roll up into arcades looking scary like me. Hehe. I know I wasn't holding it down for my gender or whatever when I was there, but at least I was there! :P So, this message is for all of you (ladies and dudes):
