I had just got back into town from an afternoon of hang gliding. 'Twas pretty rad, you guys.
I had a delicious veggie Reuben at a local deli, washed it down with some craft beer, then begged my partner to take some photos of me in the deli parking lot before we headed home. *^_^*
Do I look like I'm full of food and beer, because I totally am, dudes. I so totally am.
It was a super casual day, so I went with an equally casual outfit. I love my high waisted jeans! I bought these in blue, as you see here, and in black. You can see a photo of the black jeans here. They're so comfortable, long enough for my tall body and stretchy. I could wear them all day and I practically did on this day. Since they sit closer to my waist, I find that they really accentuate my hips. I didn't like this at first, mainly because I just wasn't accustomed to seeing my hips at all in my jeans. The low riding jeans create such a nice respite from reality in that respect. Haha. However, I'm used to it now. I've always been hippy. I am quite aware that I have a comically small waist and big hips. That being said, I'm quite fond of my hourglass shape. Why should I hide it? I don't see any reason to be ashamed of it.
So getting the hang of this new camera, you guys! Totally owning it. Hehe.
Not really, but let's just pretend. ;D
I am happy to take my partner hang gliding as a birthday gift. The ten years we've been together was an adventure. I want that feeling to continue and I guess this is my way of achieving that. So, happy 30th birthday, to my best friend! Here's to ten more years of not wanting to kill each other! ;D <3
