I think I can call this an off-day outfit. I mean, I guess there's different criteria to consider, in that regard, but the speed with which I put this together has to be top tier. Haha. We were in a real hurry. I mean, like, if we missed the train, we'd be like 20 minutes late for a dinner reservation hurry. 0_o
I had been studying until late and, although I left an hour for myself to get ready...man...y'all know how that goes. Haha. Normally, I have my outfits conceptualized in advance, but this time I had to just come up with something on the fly and yeah. What you see is what you get. Heh. I knew that the high waisted pencil skirt and black tank underneath would look pretty basic, so the bright red cardigan was supposed to elevate the whole look and, ultimately, be the star of the show. I added the bright patterned socks for a little extra oomph. I wasn't sure whether this outfit was worth photographing, but we got some quick photos, anyhow, and then booked it to the train station. :P We made it to our reservation on time, btw!
