I think this coat looks much more impressive closed than open, so even though I wore it open for most of the day, I wanted to show you how it looks completely zipped. I love the unfinished, frayed trim and the zipper gap. It's haphazardly awesome. ^_^ I think it's the perfect subdued shade of olive, too.
I felt like the light brown high waisted jeans looked almost like riding breeches when combined with the tall brown boots. So, I guess this is an equestrian inspired outfit. ^_^ Hehe. The floral top I'm wearing is a romper, actually. Yeah, I'm sure this doesn't come as a surprise to my regular readers. Hehe. As for the rest of you, I apologize for hoodwinking you, but that's just how I roll, sometimes. :D So, yeah the romper is just a little bit too short for me, so I decided I'd wear it like a top with skirts, shorts and pants.
I got the romper from my swap group, too. Hooray for recycled clothing! ^_^ I love the Spring colors and the wooden buttons. It was just too good to pass up and I'm determined to wear it, even though I probably won't ever feel comfortable wearing it by itself. I dunno, maybe one day I'll change my mind.
