Meet Iben of Despite Color

I fell in love with Iben's style on Chictopia, many years ago. Her style posts always stood out from the masses. She skillfully plays with patterns, bright colors and textures to create amazing ensembles that are difficult to recreate. Hence, Iben's style is truly unique. I guarantee that you won't see any outfits like these on the street! :D I've noticed that Iben has a particular affinity for pink and yellow, two colors that are VERY hard to style, IMO. However, looking at the way she styled the outfit on the left, I find myself saddled with a nagging urge to wear pink. Hehe. Iben makes the style look so easy and effortless! |

Many of Iben's outfits are playful and whimsical, which I love. However, she also has a taste for the dramatic and I think the outfit on the right shows that beautifully. Also, how amazing is that plastic capelet?! Somehow, Iben managed to create an outfit that is both retro, modern and futuristic. It's outfits like these that keep me coming back to see more of what she will do. <3 She is a true style inspiration and I look forward to watching her style grow and change in the years to come!
