Happy Sunday! (^_^)v Today, I'm showcasing a
red tulip skirt that I received from my sponsor, Persunmall. It retails for $30 and it is my first and only plain red skirt. o_O I don't know why this is the case, but it is what it is. Haha. I want a knee length red skirt, but I just haven't found one I like, yet.

Anyway, the material of this skirt is thick, but not heavy. The quality appears to be pretty good and I like the dramatic pleat details. It truly is a "bubble" skirt. The hem is snug at the hips and it flares out much like a tulip. It's really cute! I peeled away the layers to show off the full skirt in the bottom photo. ^_^

It was soooooo cold when I took these. I just tried to shake it off, but make no mistake, my limbs were pretty numb. Haha. Stupid wind! It actually felt really nice in the direct sunlight, but the biting winds cancelled out much of the warmth.  >_< At any rate, my torso was pretty nice and toasty since I was wearing a sweater and a hoodie underneath my black jacket. I got the rad hoodie from Threadless and it's one of my favorites. I love how the design makes the zipper act like mercury in a thermometer.

Did you know jumping is a really good way to stay warm? Haha. I totally approve. ^_^ <3

Here are some better views of the skirt. I forgot to mention that it has pockets! Pretty sweet! :D I think the skirt looks best without layers over it, so Spring/Summer is probably a better time to wear it. The tulip design and pleats really deserve to be seen! It was just sooo cold, I couldn't help the layering.

Oh and you can see my cute sheep sweater, too. ^_^ I got it from a lovely girl in my clothing swap group. This is my first time wearing it. I'm trying to get into animal prints. So far, I have this sheep and a wolf and...that's it. Heh.
I'm picky about this sort of thing, I guess. I really want a unicorn, though! :D

Oh, hello! :D This is an outfit I put together over the weekend for brunch and coffee. This has been my weekly ritual for four years, now. ^_^ This time, I wanted to do something comfortable with lots of color.

The floral romper is so beautiful. The pictures don't really capture the richness of colors in the fabric. I love it! The vintage cardigan really pulls it all together, in my opinion. I love the slouchy long arms. I have a tendency to pull down the wrists of my sweaters and cardigans over my hands. It's a bad habit from my childhood, I think. Anyway, I can totally do that with this cardigan or I can wear it bunched up as you see here. It's so soft and cozy! It has pockets, too! I know I'll get a lot of wear out of this. :D

Picture

I layered my sheer American Apparel floral bodysuit underneath for some additional textures and wore sheer tights with a subtle chevron pattern. That's about it. I threw on a hat and boots, grabbed my backpack and I was ready to hit the road!
Oh and I decided to try out my new cat eye glasses. The lenses are ginormous and it was that quality which made me utterly obsessed with having them. :P

Picture

This beautiful romper is for sale, by the way! Be aware that it is a Size Large! I hope my photos do it justice, as it is just one size too big for me. The straps come undone because I just don't have the girls to fill it out. Haha. So, I could never wear it by itself, but as you can see, I could still get by wearing it with a cardigan. ;)
I hate that I have such a beautiful piece that I can't truly enjoy, so please buy it! *^_^*
