Originally from Manitoba, Canada, Funk has been active in the music scene since the early 90s. He quickly made a name for himself with the release of the industrial/breakcore album, "Greg Hates Car Culture" in 1999, as it earned him a place on the Planet Mu record label.
In time, Funk became a fixture in the electronic music scene and he has released more than two dozen albums and about as many singles and EPs. His latest releases include two EPs from 2012, "Fool The Detector" and "Affectionate." Track 2 from Fool The Detector is pretty rad. You can listen to that below.
