Somehow, I've managed to not play any Machinedrum on my blog, this year. How the f*ck this happened, I do not know. I'm making up for it now, though. Heh. Travis Stewart released two EPs and a single called, "Want Me," this year. The two EPs are "Fenris District" and "Vapor Park." Both top notch! The track above is a single from the "Beat ALS Vol 1" compilation of October 2014. Check out my previous blog posts about Stewart for a short bio and additional tracks! Have a rad weekend, folks!

Alright. I'm going to level with you. I was browsing tracks somewhere or another and I discovered this dude purely by chance. So, if he's new to you, just know that he's new to me, too. Hehe. It's a bit of a chore to find anything about this guy on the interwebz, but I do know that the track below is from the "Re-Dubbed" EP. I don't know when it was released, but it's a fantastic track and that's good enough. Keagan Fowler is Aut Belli. He self-produces electronic music from Orlando, Florida. Fowler classifies his music as Christian/Gospel Electronic. I thought this was a joke at first, but apparently he really means to glorify god with his dubstep tunes. That's totally cool. Confusing, but totally cool. I always thought that electronic music, while having moments of soul and lending itself to intermittent spirituality and bouts of enlightenment, was nevertheless hedonistic at its core. I think god would hate electronic music and so, that's a good reason to love it. Haha. Anyway, to each his own, as they say. ;P The track above is totally wicked, though! I think the "Re-Dubbed" EP is the only release from Fowler so far, beyond some aural musings here and there on his SoundCloud page. I'm looking forward to more from him! Fowler has a very modest following on Facebook, if you want to check him out there! Alexey Nikitin of Russia getting us closer to the weekend! This track is from Nikitin's August 2012 EP, "Like Apart." I haven't played any Nocow since early September of last year, so I should mention that Nikitin released a new album (his latest one to date) in late September 2013 called, "Solus." It's worth checking out! For a short bio and additional tracks, check out my previous blog post about Nocow! |
