Hey! I'm back! :D This is the track that started my obsession with Ticon back in the day. It appears on the "Zero Six After" album of 2005 and it's chock full of gitchy glitchy goodness. Check it out!
Filip Mårdberg and Fredrik Gilenholt of Sweden started Ticon in the late 90s, but hadn't released their first album until 2001. Their music is characterized as progessive/psychedelic trance, but the track above is more reminiscent of tech-house, in my opinion.
Mårdberg and Gilenholt have kept themselves busy with the release of four more albums and a slew of singles and EPs through 2011. Their lastest production is a massive 2 CD set called "I Love You, Who Are You?" from March 2011. I love the electro house flare in Track 2 of CD 1 below.
