This week, it's all about electro house with some chiptunes thrown in for good measure, so get excited bros! :D I love my electro weeks! Today's featured artist is The Outrunners, a dynamic duo from France. This track is from the 2008 EP, "The Outrunners/College - Cool Feeling/Teenage Color." It's so good!
Pierre De La Touche and Stephen Falken are the The Outrunners. The track you just heard represents their first official production. After that, they released a single in 2009 and an EP in 2010. However, it looks like they haven't created anything else as a team since 2010.
De La Touche put out a disco house single, "Bad Boy" in March 2011 which rocks. Beyond that, I have no idea what else he's got cooking. You can listen to the Bad Boy single below!
Falken, on the other hand, had a more recent release which is a limited edition cassette from January 2013 called, "The Curious Case of Wiedenfalsen." It's really good, but also pretty eerie sounding and it would most likely be a downer. Haha. So, I'm just going to link to it, if you want to hear it. :D
