Hey! I'm starting off with hip hop from Mr. Troy of Paris, France. I discovered this musical genius early last year and I just can't get enough of his work. At that time, I found the Moods Vol. 1 (2011) album by accident and then immediately scoured the internet for all of his past work and recent releases. The track above is from the Moods Vol. 3 album released in July 2011. Once you hear it, you'll be hooked!
I'm unable to find out much about Mr. Troy, beyond his place of birth (Paris). It appears that he is relatively new to the music scene as he released his first single in April 2011. He was very busy in 2012 with three releases: "Figures" (Sep. 2012), "Sketches" (Nov. 2012) and "Part 1. - Ground" (Dec. 2012).
You'll notice that Mr. Troy's tracks are short and sweet, akin to Adult Swim bumps. In that sense, his music is much like that of Flying Lotus and Knwxledge.
