LJones finds his comfort zone in jazzy, instrumental hip hop. Apparently, he's new to the music scene as he released his latest (and debut) album "Soul Below" in January 2012. It is a collection of tunes he created between 2009 and 2011.
LJones became inspired to create hip hop beats after being exposed to the work of legendary hip hop music producer, Nujabes, at the age of 16. Anyone who is familiar with the work of Nujabes (Jun Seba) will recognize his influence on LJones' tracks, especially the one above - Track 9 from his debut album.
Despite his nascent musical presence, LJones is destined for greatness. Jun Seba would be proud of the music LJones creates in his memory and as a result of Seba's indelible, international influence. Seba left this world prematurely due to a car accident in February 2010. May he rest in peace.
