Today's track is from the Leavves October 2011 EP of the same name. It's pretty rad. :D Unfortunately, the three-person band created Leavves as a "social experiment" with no intention of releasing more music under that alias. Apparently, the group wanted to see how far a band could go with "chill wave" in its Bandcamp tags. The result? Over 1000 loves on Hype Machine and 1000+ Last.fm listeners.
I imagine there are a lot of confused people out there due to this little experiment. Haha. All I care about is good music and the fact remains that the quality of the track above is really, really good. So, enjoy this one-off, I guess. Haha. Check their Facebook page, too, if you like! :P
