Here's a fantastic track from La Zebra's Luigi III of Los Angeles. Yes, this is actual disco house, this time. Haha. Love this kid, man. He's super talented. This track is a single Luigi released in 2010. According to Luigi, he created this track during his stay in Italy, hence the title, "When In Rome."
Luigi started making music while attending college in the mid-2000's and it didn't take long for him to start gaining people's attention. Luigi is only in his early 20's and his music has already been remixed by greats such as Bit Funk and LBCK. According to Luigi, his style of music is best described as "Disco Sweat," because "it's so funky, it makes you moist." Haha. This kid, man. Hilarious.
Luigi's been pretty busy deejaying all over Los Angeles, so I guess it's no surprise that he has yet to release an album. He does have an EP out, though. It's called "After School Special" (Oct. 2011). You can listen to Track 3 below! There's a remix EP of the same title, as well, that came out in April 2012.
