Happy Friday! Here's a perfect end-of-the-week track. It's from Johannes Paluka's 2011 EP, "Treats Vol. 3." It's funky, bass heavy and supremely chill. I think you'll like this one! Check it out!
A native of Germany, Paluka started out with the "Til You Go" EP of 2010 and released a slew of singles and EPs in the three years that followed. His debut album, "Soft Wide Waist Band," came out in 2012. I find that Paluka has a knack for producing sophisticated deep house with a technical flare. His tracks can be really gritty and dark akin to tech-house, another one of my favorite genres.
Paluka's latest projects include the "Never Give Up" single and the "Glazing" EP, both of which came out in January 2013. I'll leave you with a track from the Glazing EP. I love the hip hop influence.
