Aww, yeah! I love my disco house weeks. Hehe. This is a classic from Hakan and a track that's been in regular rotation on my playlists for many years. It's from the "Worldly Pleasures" 12 inch from 1999.
Håkan Lidbo has produced electronic music for more than a decade. His tastes range from techno to house music to experimental beats. He released his first tech house 12 inch called, "New Phase" in 1998 and his debut album, "Before the Beginning" followed in Oct. 1999. Lidbo went on to release more than two dozen albums and a slew of singles and EPs. Over that time period, Lidbo made quite a name for himself and he has done remixes for greats such as Fatboy Slim and Depeche Mode.
I don't think Lidbo has produced anything new in the last couple of years. It seems that he currently has his hands full managing his record label, Container Recordings.
