Happy Wednesday! :D Here's your middle-of-the-week jam from Grant Nelson. It appears on the "So Special / Life" EP. It doesn't get any more disco than this. Grab your best headphones and rock out!
Dubbed the "Godfather of UK Garage," Nelson started out as a force to be reckoned with and he has as of yet to disappoint. He produced his debut EP, "Dirt Trax Volume 1 XXX," in 1994. It should be noted that Nelson also did a short stint with Simon Firmin as a 2-step/garage duo in the mid-to late 90s under the moniker, "24 Hour Experience." Since the mid-90's, Nelson has released over two dozen singles and EPs. His latest releases include a few singles and an EP, all of which came out in 2012. I'm diggin' the "Sundown" single of May 2012.
