Here's your middle-of-the-week jam. :D It's Track 3 from Darkstar's album, "News From Nowhere" (Feb. 2013). If you're a fan of music by The Field, Erlend Oye, Animal Collective, etc., you'll probably dig Darkstar. Their music can be really dark at times, which I like, but it's mostly contemplative/zone out kind of stuff. Great for sitting on a park bench and watching the colored leaves fall from the trees. ^_^
Darkstar is Aiden Whalley, James Buttery and James Young. The group started out producing dubstep in the early 2000s. They transitioned to deep house in the late 2000s before settling into synth-pop, downtempo and experimental. They're latest releases include a remix EP, "01484" (Oct. 2013); a single "A Days Pay For a Days Work" (Apr. 2013) and the "News From Nowhere" album.
