I know I said out with the old and in the new, but you know what? Sometimes, you have to get to know that which came before in order to appreciate that which came after.. or... something. Heh.
Melanie Williams and Joe Roberts, both British R&B/Soul artists, formed Dark Flower in 2001. They released their debut album, "Feed My Soul" that same year. The album is described as a mix of house and downtempo. The track above appears as #3 on that album. I'm quite fond of that B15 vocal mix.
The group hasn't released anything since 2001, however. They formed a new band named, Bodhi, that produced only a single in 2007 entitled "Mire." It appears to be a pretty rare release. I can't find it anywhere. Heh. There's no indication that the band has done anything else since then, either.
